Okay, this was part 3, part 4 will come tomorrow! I'm sooooooo glad about your comments, really happy and proud. Thank you all! About the b/w pics: these are in fact reminiscences, dreams - isn't this the same stylistic device which is used in the series? I remember this at the Luthor-wedding, when Lois thinks about the man she really loves... *sigh* So far for today! Super wishes, yours

Hi, Great part.
Maria D. Ferdez. --- Don't like Luthor, unfinished, untitled and crossover story, and people that promises and don't deliver. I'm getting choosy with age. MAF

Christiane, this was awfully waffy. It's only part three of four. You aren't supposed to subject the gentle readers to all those waffs until part four at the earliest. How can we have all those waffs without the requisite whams to set them up. Maybe we're heading for an unhappy ending? Tank the Resting (who figures he can wait until tomorrow to see if Christiane can slip a few whams in there before the ending, or perhaps... a haircut?)

Very nice, Christiane. Lovely kisses and "I love you's" and waffy stuff. A pleasure to read. So now all that's left is to fix that "miniscule problem" of bringing "Clark" back to life. Kathy

Yay! They're both awake at once and neither of them did anything stupid <g> This was really sweet. Now all we have to do is stop Capone and his gang before they kill everyone at the Daily Planet Oh, and come up with a semi-plausible excuse for Clark's miraculous recovery. Should be fun PJ
"You told me you weren't like other men," she said, shaking her head at him when the storm of laughter had passed. He grinned at her - a goofy, Clark Kent kind of a grin. "I have a gift for understatement." "You can say that again," she told him. "I have a...." "Oh, shut up."

Awwwwwwwww. Yes, waffy and sweet, Christiane. And, okay, I'll admit that those photos in black and white to represent memories/flashbacks is one darn clever idea. I'd wondered why some of them were. LabRat
Athos: If you'd told us what you were doing, we might have been able to plan this properly. Aramis: Yes, sorry. Athos: No, no, by all means, let's keep things suicidal.
