It's really cute how Clark panics about Lois being late to the diner. No, Lois, that man is not going to dump you for a "beautiful" woman. :-)

I'm glad it wrapped up so well! Junior staff member sounds about right. Clark needs some time to get his feet under him in the real world. Fortunately, he's got a great partner to guide him.

That's a sweet ending. It is really good that Lois and Clark will be work partners in this fic, too.

Nice finish. Sweet, waffy, light hearted.

I loved this ending Alisha. Everytime Clark calls Martha "Mom" this little voice inside me goes "awwwww!"

And there's a sequel? Anythime you want to start posting that would be good for me. wink

I too liked the ending. It was both realistic and sweet, with a great number of possibilities for the future. While I wouldn't be offended by a sequel, it doesn't require one to feel complete. I think this stands as a good work all on its own.

There is no sequel, certainly not at the moment anyway. I had sent some ideas for one to Carol to look at in case one was demanded because of the way I left the Luthor thing, but currently my muse has no interest in writing it. That's not to say that at some point she won't change her mind and insist that I do, but right now it's safe to say that there is no sequel. I may or may not be working on other things instead. devil
