On part thirteen I had no idea how you were going to finish things up so quickly, but now it seems that the only thing left is the little red bow.

I'm glad that Clark was so forthcoming with his jealousy over whats-his-name that Lois was with. The threats to Luthor were a plausible, albeit temporary solution. I wish there were a more permanent solution to the Bureau 39 problem. Of course, they had been erasing memories already.

Well done.

This is great Alisha!

I'm glad that Clark can start a normal life, including having an education. That'll make it easier to get a job at the Planet, right? wink

Hey, thanks as usual for your comments.

Elisabeth, I probably should have drawn the ending out longer, but I've never been very good at writing endings. Be grateful this story has one!

Beth, Clark getting a job at the Daily Planet? What on Earth gave you that crazy idea? wink

/me whistles tunelessly and ponders offering part 14 to the highest bidder wink .

I still love this Alisha. Kudos to Clark for cutting a deal. It's the only way for Lex to leave him alone - at least for now.

/me thanks Carol for leaving a comment and reminds her that I've got a good proportion of Learning to Love and the beginning of the sequel that I can auction off.

I, too, was wary of you being able to finish this off in two parts, but it seems to all tie together reasonably well. It just means that it's not going to be a "they lived happily ever after"; it's going to be a "they lived happily, but busily with rogues and arch nemises and bombs and people who turn people into little people, ever after." Just like the real L&C. :-)

At least Trask is dead. I don't think Clark could have pulled off any negotiations with that madman.

Possibly. Read the last part (when it gets posted) to find out! laugh
