Hi FoLCs!

Quotes:

LOIS: The only thing I’d like more would be… more.

LOIS: How will we make it through the day? You’d think that after two weeks...

LOIS: Clark, it was super.

LOIS: I don’t want to wake up some day and find out you and I have been separated by time.

LOIS: You and I will have a wonderful life together. And then you will have another.

PERRY: Those two got the same look on their faces Alice and I had when we got back from our honeymoon in Graceland. And we all know how that turned out.

CLARK: You’re brilliant. Talented. Gorgeous. And you’re my wife. So I grin.

CLARK: And it has a secret compartment, which I can tell you is very difficult to find in a building this style.

JIMMY: I seem to recall a woman. Tall. Wearing rubber gloves. She made me see lights.

Doodsen: Success is attained. Youth is lost.

Details:

It’s the morning after their wedding and we meet Lois and Clark on the ceiling of Clark’s apartment. Lois decides they will not leave this room. Two weeks later, they are back in the office and abuse the elevator. For some reason there was no Superman emergency for the past two weeks, letting Lois and Clark enjoy an uninterrupted honeymoon.

Jimmy’s redhead potential soul mate is mentioned again. He’s not sure if it will work out.

An old guy comes to the newsroom, looking for Jimmy. He passes soon after his arrival. Turns out he was Benjamin Rockland, born March 1974. He was the same age as Jimmy was.

There’s a prison break in Metropolis. Connor Schenk was broken out. He spent the last 50 years there. Dr. Veda Doodsen broke him out so he could lead her to his stashed away millions. In exchange he wants Dr. Doodsen to de-age him.

Dr. Klein is back. He finds out that the youth was sucked out of the cells. Benny Rockland died of rapid onset of old age. He informs Lois that due to Superman’s molecular structure, the Kryptonian’s aging process stabilizes and slows. Lois is shocked that Superman will be in his prime long after Lois has gone the way of the Dodo.

Dr. Doodsen’s lair is a brownstone at Hyperion Avenue. Jimmy gets to see the hidden compartment. He never discusses it with Lois and Clark. According to Dr. Doodsen, the youth extraction affects the donor’s short-term memory.

Dr. Doodsen captures Jimmy and transfers his life force to Benjamin Rockland.

Dr. Doodsen isn’t happy she accidentally captured a reporter. Also, turns out Connor Schenk was serving two consecutive life sentences for a reason and he’s actually a ruthless criminal, not squeamish when it comes to murder.

Clark suggests they find a new place. An ‘our’ place that’s bigger.

The youth restoration requires a power source for it to be permanent. Dr. Doodsen thinks about using Plutonium, which requires money.

Connor Schenk was a bank robber. He robbed banks in the 30s and always got only a couple of thousands. He thinks he can do the same now, in the 90s.

Throughout the episode, Lois sees herself as an old woman. She panics when Clark mentions wrinkles.

Connor Schenk robs the bank, locks himself in the vault and allows himself to grow old again in order to escape.

Dr. Doodsen was one of Metropolis University’s top medical researches. She was thrown out in February. She was obsessed with age-research after her husband left her after 23 years for a younger woman. She runs an old folks home Leisure Park via a private foundation.

Lois eventually figures out that Clark doesn’t know about his lack of aging until she tells him.

Lois and Clark find Jimmy at the Daily Planet as an old man. Jimmy has figured out the bank robber’s escape from analyzing the CCTV.

Dr. Doodsen used prisoners for her youth experiments.

Dr. Doodsen and Connor Schenk decide to use Superman’s life force to restore Connor Schenk. She offers to restore Jimmy. When Superman shows up, they transfer Superman’s life force to Connor Schenk. Lois shows up and Connor Schenk ends up a newborn. Superman next transfers life force to Jimmy.

Connor Schenk will grow back to his old self within a week.

Clark lost some life force in his donation to Jimmy. No one knows how many years they have.

Clark put down an offer for the building.

Recommendations:
