Hi, everyone!

With the Kerths just under two weeks away, it’s time to help choose the ceremony time!

We’re trying to find the best possible time to accommodate FoLCs across the world (while giving some deference to those who are running the ceremony). We want to see as many of you there as we can, so if you plan to/want to attend the ceremony this year, please fill out this very easy and short “form.”

All you have to do is click the link, make sure the time zone is set to your location, and then click/touch all the times you will be available to attend the ceremony. As you click/touch, the times become colored to show that you’ll be available. Click as many times as possible, since we’ll be comparing everyone’s overall availability to choose the ceremony time. When you're done, put your nickname, screen name or preferred name in the "Your name" box and click ‘Send Response!’

(And then, if you haven’t voted for your favorite stories, yet, head over to submit those votes, too!)

Once we’ve collected a fair amount of responses, this site will show us where the available times intersect the most. Pretty cool, right? Thank you to Doranwen for pointing out this tool for us and also setting it up the last few years!
