Reading this made my head hurt.
Some pretty heavy cosmis consequences you have going on here. If I understand things right, if Lois does as the Wells ask she will essentially be destroying herself. She will become a Lois Lane who is different than who she currently is. But then she'll never know because all memory of who she had been will be gone.
Even though she will supposidly be creating a Lois who was 'meant to be' the woman who this story was all about will be gone.
I will be interested to see where you take this.
