Hi FoLCs!

I just wanted to take the time to thank you for your kind support when I had my job interview. It was about three weeks ago... I interviewed for 2 positions at the Brooklyn Museum of Art. When I was nervous I thought of your nice messages, and they definitely made me feel more confident.

THIS JUST IN: I just got a phone call, and I GOT THE JOB!!! Starting on the 24th of November, I'll be the Collections Review Assistant at the Brooklyn Museum! laugh

So thank you for all of your well-wishes. I really think FoLCs are the best people in the world!

YAY!

Good for you Wanda, way to go!

I guess that means you must be quite an Ace in the Art department. I never had the chance to make it to BMA...I stopped at the Met. But, who knows, next time?

Anyway, make the best of these few 'non-working' days you've got left laugh

Have a nice WE,

Carole

Do you know the most surprising thing about divorce? It doesn't actually kill you, like a bullet to the heart or a head-on car wreck. It should. When someone you've promised to cherish till death do you part says, "I never loved you," it should kill you instantly.

Athos: If you'd told us what you were doing, we might have been able to plan this properly.
Aramis: Yes, sorry.
Athos: No, no, by all means, let's keep things suicidal.

Clark: You certainly are unique.
