With out a doubt Clark enjoyed Mayson's obvious admiration. She gave him the kind of unabashed attention he wanted, but had a hard time getting, from Lois.Mayson liked him for Clark- who he was, at first glance and advertised it. Sure he found that intriguing. While Lois hedged, Mayson acted.I dont think he was using Mayson thou, that's too calculating.
