Oh Lord that is aweful. Does that condition really exhist? Ak how horrible! Imagine poor Lois and poor Dr Klein trying to explain to Clark how he is married and has children etc every day of his life. No I can't imagine it would be a good story unless there was a cure. Laura

That was too cool for words....
I must find some though!
The title is so fitting for the story. I re-read it and see why I interpreted the way I did and didn't see the outcome until it came. That was just sweet.
I love that sort of stuff you do. Please don't stop!

Excellent premise. notworthy

Just on a side note... is this something like what happens to Drew Barrymore in 50 First Dates ?

If she had to move heaven and Earth, perhaps come back to haunt Perry and explain the story after they'd killed her, she would do it.

Wow, Mary! I loved the prequel for your next story. thumbsup I know that wasn't just an orphan teaser and I don't think anybody else could do your original storyline justice. (How do you do it? hyper It's going to be outstanding! clap

Since L&C are already intimate I bet it will be both fic and nfic. Will you start posting it after you finish "Year" or will you be publishing them simultaneously? (If it was me trying to do all you currently do, people would have to send flowers to the body.)

When in doubt, think about penguins. It probably won't help, but at least it'll be fun.

This is so sad. While reading I was trying to figure out what was going on. The end pretty much shocked me. Poor Lois and Clark!

I just hope you don't leave us like that!

Thanks, everyone! I didn't realize it'd get such a big---what's the word---reception, especially since it was posted on the weekend when the boards are usually slow. Thankyou for all the lovely comments! laugh

Bingo. You're right on the money. grumble

My muse and I are toying with the idea for a sequel. We still need to hammer out the details, you know, and it doesn't help that she's flighty and prone to destractions....Hey! No, put the slinky down! Put it down now!....Erm, anyway, thanks for the FDK, everyone! smile

Hi,

Cute!

Lois watched him go. When he was gone, she rose from the bed and slowly got dressed. They had a lot to discuss, and she would explain as best she could. She’d given up being angry long ago. She’d given up crying long before that.

The one thing she hadn’t given up was hope.
Cute.

Don't like Luthor, unfinished, untitled and crossover story, and people that promises and don't deliver. I'm getting choosy with age.

Mary, I own the Adam Sandler/Drew Barrymore movie and could see the basic similarity but the extra twists you added made this story all yours. notworthy
