Hey there, FoLCs! After the success of the summer ficathon, I thought it might be fun to throw a fall one out there. That being said, here are the guidelines, as per Ms. Mosley's summer challenge. How long or short is up to you. Guideline #1: The theme is Fall. Guideline #2: If you wish to write one or more fics for this event, choose from the 50 prompts below and reply to this thread with your choice. One prompt per story. The prompt does not have to be taken literally. It's just a jumping off point. Guideline #3: Fics should be posted before December 1. Use (Fall Ficathon) after your title and mention which prompt you used in the author's notes. Guideline #4: Have Fun! 1. Apple picking 2. Hot cider 3. Raking 4. /Psst. You have "Raking" on the list twice. 3 & 50. May I suggest "Cooking / baking for Thanksgiving" or "Corn Mazes*" as an alternative?/ Hmmmm. Can I combine this (crossover?) with my almost overdue Summer Ficathon topic and post it on September 1?  Since I took my Summer topic and set it in the fall. If so, I'll take #34 - Indian Summer. If not... Hmmmm. I could always post the Gfic version as Summer and Nfic as fall. <<rubs chin in thought>> Judge? *A Corn Maze is a maze made out of a dry field of corn, kind of like a labyrinth, only you go in one end and try to find your way out. Lots of quick fun for those with a sense of direction. Lots of long (hours) of fun for the rest of us.

Hi Vicki,
You really know how to hurt a guy. I was really sucked in on the Summer ficathon, now you're throwing temptation in front of me again with a fall challenge.
I might as well bow to the inevitable.

I switched prompt #50 to Corn Maze. Thanks for spotting that.
