I liked it, too! Only Clark would end up with a kryptonite pet rock... rotflol

What a great alternate take on the "pet" challenge!

Poor Clark! That was a great story, especially since you *again* managed to write something different with this pet theme, Paul. I really like this one since it makes me feel like hugging Clark. sloppy Good thing he had Lois around him. wink

Inspired, Paul! Clever idea, some snuggles, think this was my favourite line of all:

Quote
He hugged her close, reassuring her that Wanda wasn't the only one who loved her and would never leave.
<sniffle>

And just the perfect tag line. rotflol

Aramis: Yes, sorry.
Athos: No, no, by all means, let's keep things suicidal.

Well, a while back, silly me noticed that FDK on these fics was coming in slowly, probably because there were so many stories to reread at once. So, I decided to give it another day or two, to let people have time to read. A week and a half later, I suddenly realized it'd been a bit more than a day or two. Oops. <g>

Anyway, glad you FoLCs liked the story. Both this and the other one were thrown together in about an hour the night of the challenge, and I wasn't sure how well they'd actually come out.

So, it's good to hear you enjoyed. smile Thanks for taking the time to let me know, and sorry I'm so late in responding.

Paul

When in doubt, think about penguins. It probably won't help, but at least it'll be fun.
