Thank goodness the baby's OK. That had me scared for a bit.

But poor Lois. I am wondering why nobody did something earlier. Martha knew Clark had a feeling of foreboding. Then so did Martha and Jonathan. I'm surprised they didn't try to at least bring Sam over to check her out. With so many people having these premonitions, someone should have acted.

At least Ellen was there. Ellen is also a nurse, I'm rather surprised she didn't try to take a more active role in trying to help her daughter.

Poor Clark. Completely unable to help, seeing his worst nightmare coming true, perhaps.

Now all we have to do is fix Lois (ouch, no pun intended).
