I don't think I can do insightful, but I can do enthusiastic!
I loved this part:
“Yes,” he agreed. “We – mmm – we complete each other.”
“Like bacon and eggs.”
“Cheese and crackers.”
“Bread and butter.”
“Chocolate and peanut butter.”
“Laurel and Hardy.”
He laughed softly against her lips and muttered, “That’s it exactly.”
I'm glad they finally got something started. And my vote is that Clark is the biggest fool since Adam took the apple from Eve.
