Personally, I don't have a clue what's going on. Originally, I had thought that Lois & Clark's trip to the past *created* the Alt-U that they found themselves in, but from the reaction Lane had to Lois' touch, I'd almost expect that they're still the same person. Maybe the timeline is still in flux?
I know, I've been watching too much Doctor Who. I half expect giant Reapers to come along and start gobbling up the citizens of Metropolis, starting with Jimmy.
I'd ask for more soon, but you're going to make us wait anyway.
