Favorite concept: Clark can't come on to Lois just in case she's his sister.
After what I presume was Lois' recurrant dream, I can understand why she might for an instant doubt Superman's peaceful, goodwill toward Clark. Still, it seems like a stretch. Not so out of character that I'll quit reading though.
