No, Jenni hasn't been followed. She was just found by chance. Read my other post about the Zara issue. It might be under the part 2 posts, though. The legal age of consent is 16 or younger. I don't know of any state where it is more than that. Let's just say the legal age of consent is 16 in New Troy. Since Puerto Rico is a territory of the U.S., I think that's true there, also. I'm not sure, though.
