He’d seen the view of the horizon a million times, but right now it felt brand new. Everything felt brand new. For the first time, he felt as if he were worthy of his powers, his heritage and his name. Looking at him the way she was right now made him feel…like Superman.
I loved that! It might be my favorite part of the story. The first flight and the first kiss were so beautiful and touching! Everything was beautiful and touching, actually. It's definitely one of the best AltClark fics I've ever read. Thank you so much for sharing. It would be nice to read a sequel someday, if you ever feel like writing one ^^
