Hi AO3 FoLCs (wave)!

🏆 We could use a little help from you as we prep for the Kerths! 🏆

Every year, we on the boards want to make sure that we’re including as many FoLCs as we can in the fun! And that means reaching out to the fabulous authors on AO3. But the committee is a little busy with other preparations, so we were hoping to source a little community help - from all of you!

Anyone who volunteers should be familiar with AO3 and adding stories to a Collection (which is pretty easy - just take a look [or a quick google] if you haven’t done it before). (And this will be connected to our master Kerth Collection: https://archiveofourown.org/collections/Kerth_Award_Stories). Volunteers would add all stories completed in 2025 that are tagged with our L&C show, provided the author wants to join our community for our annual Kerth event! This may mean commenting on stories of authors that aren’t here or on the boards, to let them know that their stories are Kerth eligible!

The deadline for Kerth stories is December 31st, but we can start reaching out to authors who have COMPLETED stories between January 1, 2025 – Now at any time!

Feel free to reply here or to reach out to any member of the Kerth Committee here or on discord to get started! hyper

Looking forward to this summer's Location Challenge! Looks like stories are due around August 1st, and then polls open for voting!

And don't forget about the 2026 fundraiser! Head over to the Fundraising page to donate or consider adding a story to the Keepsake Collection fundraising drive!
