Oh no, this...is so horrible. THis poor kid already has been through so much. And all these "rules" of ihs "parents" (I refuse to treat them as such). Like, what were they even thinking? Let's have a pet alien we might be able to take profit from one day, or what's the deal there? ANd of course they'd pull the alien card to belittle Clark even more than they already do.
Martha just knows when Clark needs something, even if he did nothing like come to her, she still senses it. Aww.
It's just so good he has MArtha and Jonathan now. And like...him being all in awe about such a simple thing as being allowed to wear a pajama in bed is just...it shows the depths he's been screwed-up by these assholes. That will be such a long and winding journey.
So next day, the social worker is coming, right? That...could be hard, for everyone involved. We'll see.
