That's exactly what strikes me most in this chapter, Carol. His essence is so clearly Clark, and it is so very poignant. How nice that Letour has met Mac, who is perceptive enough to understand the inner goodness of this wanderer. Hopefully, Mac can offer Letour some roots and companionship.
