Well, looks like the vote is pretty clear and no one who's voted no has taken up the invitation to let us know what their concerns are...so, you have a green light to PM, FoLCs.
If you want to PM another board member, just click on the little icon on their posts - the one with two people and an envelope.
I checked the PM settings earlier and it is possible for individual members to turn off the feature, so no worries there. You can do that through your profile. Just scroll down to the 'enable PM' setting and switch it to no.
It goes without saying - but just in case I'll say it anyway
- that this is supposed to be a fun feature. It should not be used to flame, bully, browbeat or otherwise harass other members. I know you guys are a friendly bunch and enjoy the welcoming atmosphere we've nurtured here on the mbs, so I doubt we'll have problems of that nature. But on the outside chance that anyone does have problems, do let us know.
