I've been trying to finish my tax filing for the past two weeks, but the stupid University does not send my 1098-T so that I can declare my tuition payments and scholarships!
It's the only thing that is missing. Without the tuition payment, I would have to make a payment, instead of getting a refund.
According to them,
Our system failed to process a number of 1098-T documents. We are working to process the one's that were missed and will mail them as quickly as possible.
This was over two weeks ago.
