Yeah, and it was so annoying too--the ending was so ambiguous. GRRR.

Haven't watched the episode yet, but it's on our TiVo, so I'll get to it--eventually.
Yeah, the Buffy one was annoying and was closest in comparison to this Smallville episode. Buffy was in a mental hospital for believing she was a vampire slayer instead of an ordinary teenager. And if she didn't get some treatment, she'd be trapped in her "imaginary" vampire-filled world forever. She chooses to take the hard road of being a Slayer again. Sound familiar?

I can remember another one from Star Trek:TNG. This was actually one of their best, if not THE best episode of the whole series, "The Inner Light", where Picard lives an entire lifetime in his memories as a remembrance of a long-dead civilization. It took him "years" to finally give up on believing he really was Captain Jean-Luc Picard of the starship, Enterprise and was really a simple villager.

Switching back to the topic of this thread, does anybody still not think Clark and Chloe are meant for each other? Geez, these two are perfect for each other if it weren't for Miller and Gough's obsession with Clana.
