Thank you for all the kind words, everyone. Glad to know that are those who like nurses out there. (As opposed to my sister, who hates anything related to the medical world.) The pinning was very nice and then I took a vacation for the weekend to celebrate. (And do some Christmas shopping!) Now I have to do the job search type thing.
