They asked you to click or reply if you were NOT interested. (Like deleting and never responding wouldn't give them the hint :rolleyes: )
By replying or clicking, you are verifying that they have reached a valid email address and there is a big business in valid email addresses for marketing.
The best answer is to just ignore and delete.
