Can I suggest that all questions for the regional collector go by email to that collector? Annette might not be checking this thread at the moment.
We hope that everyone else is as excited about the fanzines as we are.

These will really be unique collections, since every author taking part was asked to choose a story which means a lot to them personally, and they have all also gone to the trouble of explaining why the story they've submitted is important. These should really be collectors' items for FoLCs who are fanfic fans!
We've been asked why we didn't auction these fanzines, since they might raise more money that way. We did think about this in the beginning, but decided that auctioning them wouldn't be fair to people who can't afford to donate as much and therefore wouldn't be in with a chance of winning. Raffling them means that everyone gets an equal chance of winning a fanzine, and it shows, I hope, that everyone's donation counts. Every single dollar, pound, euro, yen, peso, zloty or whatever your currency is makes a difference to the survival of our favourite fanfic websites.
Nearer the time, I'll post some more information about the fanzines: who's in them, what stories they contain and so on, and how the draw will be carried out. In the meantime, keep those donations pouring in!!
