I see that you're positioning all the players in place for the wedding..but will Luthor be able to get Clark in his kryptonite cage or not? Flying off to talk to mom and dad is a twist to the familiar.

Guess I have to keep on reading.

Gah, I have no idea what Nan's going to make happen... and I love it to pieces! Nothing better to keep the suspense than keeping the reader in the dark...

hehe, next part, please!

For want of a soda bottle, the K-cage was lost? laugh

Good to see everyone thinking things through a bit. Now, if you could just get Lois to hop on the use-your-brains wagon! wink

Lois: You know the deal.
Clark: Superman gets the guys in capes, Lois and Clark get the guys in suits.

Intriguing! thumbsup

Very interesting watching you move everyone into place, Nan -- rather like chess pieces.

And like all the good players, it's impossible to predict your next move.

Thus we need the next part.

Any time now . . . laugh

Do you know the most surprising thing about divorce? It doesn't actually kill you, like a bullet to the heart or a head-on car wreck. It should. When someone you've promised to cherish till death do you part says, "I never loved you," it should kill you instantly.

I have to agree with Rivka, you play a nice game of Chess...with Lex being the Black King, of course.

Like I said earlier, I just needed to read a little more. Now I am just as hooked as I usually am with your work.

looking forward to the next installment.
