Recently, I've been looking through the old zoomway.com boards through the Wayback Machine. It's pretty fun for me as someone who's relatively new to all of this.

Through all my internet explorations (ha), I've become really aware of how much content/sites have been created for this fandom. Lots and lots. A good portion of them have been saved, too.

Are there any sites that you guys would recommend I look at while I'm messing around with the web archive?

thanks,
a newbie (sort of)

Hi Bitten,

Three other sites that come to mind are the sister site to this one: lcfanfic, the fan fiction web site, and one I am pretty new to: Archive of Our Own. The first one is dedicated entirely to Lois & Clark. The other two have a large variety of fanfic, only some of which is based on L&C.

Are you interested in Superman more generally or just L&C? An excellent resource for all things Superman is the Superman home page.

I hope this helps.

Be well,
Lynn

Thanks for your recommendations, Lynn. I hadn't ever heard of the Superman home page, but I tend to like the Superman story no matter how it's packaged, so I'll be checking in with that regularly.

Hey Bitten,
well, if that's the case, you should check out www.bigapricot.net
It's a fanfic Archive like lcfanfic, just for Fanfiction based on the Reeve/routh Superman movies. Though the site seems to be closed for a decade or so, the Content's still up. I found some great fics there.

Hey, what specifically are you looking for? Fanfic? Multimedia? Show info? I have links. Lots and lots of links bookmarked but to know what you're looking for will help me give you the right ones.

Hi! I'm grateful for whatever I come across, but I haven't been seeing a lot of multimedia or show info. Besides that, anything that you would recommend regardless of what its focus is. I just like seeing what's been going on for the past ~25 years (!!)

Okay, well, shameless pug here: http://loisandclarktribute.com is my site which has a lot of show info, character info, episode summaries, etc... I also host my fanfics, designs for icons, banners, etc... on there. I'm trying to provide an archive / tribute to the show here but it's still got things to add to it and such. On the Networking page is some recommendations for sites as well.

To the "Writers ressources" list, I can add
http://kryptonian.info/
as a reference site for Kryptonian language and some culture.

Yikes! How late is too late to reply back?

Thank you, BlindPassenger. I knew that there was a Kryptonian script out there, but I never knew there are three versions. And Doyle's Kryptonian is so interesting! I love that the language of Krypton is not just a very singular, uniform thing (which would have been a very easy out), but that the history of Krypton (groups merging and dividing and influencing each other) is baked into the language.
And the city section of Big Apricot - a little bit of city planning with my fic smile

Thanks, Folc4evernaday, for all those links! Those all those photos are really great references, and I'm torn between busting a gut and taking it seriously as I read "Lexical Analysis". Fortress of Solitude looks like a treasure trove, especially with "The K-Metal from Krypton", Elliot S! Maggin, all that Krypton content, and Tintin, for some reason? Unexpected but always appreciated
