I have to second Crazy_Babe's "Lois is in trouble! Lois is in trouble!" quote. It isn't so much the words as the way he says them.

A few of my favourites are:

- Superman is what I can do. Clark is who I am.
- Lois, for me flying is a piece of cake. I've been doing it since high school. If I screw up, what's the worst that can happen? Lose a little altitude? But being in a relationship is new. If I blow it with you... I lose everything.
- This thing with us, whatever it is... is stronger than me. Being with you is stronger than me alone.

But the line that got me hooked on the show was: You like to be on top. Got it.

Both Teri and Dean were so perfect with the setup and the take down on this one. It was this line that made me realize that this show was not going to have Superman/Clark be a stereotypical boy scout.
