I happened to catch a few scenes of "Big Shots" on ABC since it is on after Grey's and noticed that one of the charcaters really reminded me of Mindy Church, though her voice is completely different. I looked it up and sure enough the actress is Jessica Collins. The eyes are the same something about her mouth/jaw seems different but I always have to remind my self that it has been 12 years and things move as we age, LOL.

The same actress was also on Two and a Half Men playing Charlie's nympho date possibly half-sister. After 12 years, she's still looking good.

I also spotted her on Tru Calling, although I don't remember the name of the character she was playing.
