We're checking the feasibility of a LAFF2007.

The possible dates are July 24th to July 28th or August 1st to August 4th.

We need to know how many people are planning to attend and their date preferences.

What's a LAFF?

Los Angeles FoLC Fest. An annual gathering out in LA. Used to be big, with fans flying in from around the world. Guests from the series, various activities... I can probably explain it better with some old links:

Well, I would ask you to go with the July dates because the SEFF dates might be on the other weekend. If folks want to go to both, they'd be out of luck.

The SEFF and LAFF committees are working together so that one won't harm the other.

Hm. I know my family is heading up to California sometime in July...It would be jolly good if we were near Las Angeles around that time! I'd love to meet some of you guys!

Who is planning on going out there? It's over quite a few days. What exactly happens? How many people usually attend? Is it a pretty big formal thing, or what?
