hi please can you post the waving cape file because it wont install on my windows vista pc

I can't get the screensaver to load either. Says the file is invalid or something. It couldn't load. I'm on a PC Windows Vista computer also.

Oh my gosh, I had this desktop theme on my computer for YEARS!! So glad it still exists, even if there's no way I can use it now. It made it far less annoying for an error message to come up when accompanied with Tempus' remark "Hello? Duh!".
