Christiane's wonderful site has lots of screencaps. You can also do a google search and find pics in random other places, or check the actors/actress' sites.

Caption competitions? What are those? I have an idea, but I've not heard the term before. Do we need another thread?

Not necessarily, Anna - people could add captions into the bottom of their answers if they were inspired, right here on this thread.

A caption competition is where someone posts a photo and everyone else makes up some (hopefully) witty caption to go with it. Usually pretend dialogue that they think one of the characters might be saying. Funnier the better.

I have to confess I've never been good at them, but others usually are.

Can I make a request when this one is completed and before a new one starts? With this thread containing pictures it's probably not a good idea to go beyond approximately the number of posts it has now. The more posts, more photos, the slower it will be to load for those with dial-up and slower modems and I was hearing last night from a couple of FoLCs already having trouble loading this thread.

So, I'd like to suggest that after this one is complete, we close it down and start a new thread - Photo Quiz Mk II. And then continue to start a new thread each time we hit 50 posts.
