These files are actually hosted by Dropbox, which is apparently about to change the way it handles HTML documents. If you try to access the HTML version in future you may need to save it on your own computer and read it off line. Sorry, there really isn't much I can do about this.

Sorry to revive a very old thread, but it looks like the old files for this story don't work at all any more, and that HTML is no longer supported properly. Instead I've made a PDF version.
