I have a really vague memory from quite a while ago of a fic that had Clark still blind and living somewhere, I want to say Chicago but I'm not sure. I just read the first few paragraphs, but I think he had to find and answer the phone. It is not the incredibly good Blind (Super) Man's Bluff by ML Thompson. Ring a bell to anyone? Thanks!

The closest story I've seen is the incomplete story where Clark changes his name and moves to Oklahoma: Zenith by clrgard. Only one chapter on these boards.
