Hello guys,

I'm currently working on the continuation of Hurt Before. One thing I'd like to know is - who would have a look at the debris of Dr. Baines helicopter? I'm sure that after the explosion the DA's office would be curious if this was a terrible accident or murder. So who would do the investgation?

Thanks for your help

Thanks Morgana. That suits my idea well, particularly since there is likely more than one party involved. smile

Check your email.

Actually, for those that are curious -

The NTSB and the FAA would be the two entities involved.

Any aircraft incident falls to FAA. In a case like this, namely an explosion, the NTSB becomes involved. They have responsibility for all commercial carrier incidents.

They would involve local police only if a crime is indicated. Explosions do happen. Once the NTSB determined that a bomb was involved then the local police would be called in.
