Originally, the Kerth time was set to benefit US FoLCs, because they were in the majority.
However, over the years, things seem to have balanced out more.
Perhaps it's time to consider turn and turn about on an annual basis? Have a time to suit the US one year, then one to suit the bulk of the non-US FoLCs the next and alternate as you go?
Of course, you wouldn't be able to suit everyone outside the US, some are, unfortunately, always going to miss out. But something that doesn't always disadvantage those outside the US, but sometimes makes things just a little more even might be beneficial and help more people attend? If only half the time.
Just an idea. Off the top of my head. Might not even be logistically possible...
But figured I'd toss it on out there anyway.
