Lois asks Clark to tell her his best kept secret, something about himself which noone else knows. Since her stipulation is that he tell her something which not even his parents know, he doesn't tell her that he is Superman..

Haha, love that fic. Especially Lois' logic that because Clark knew she was able to break in but didn't buy a better lock, it was a standing invitation for her to search his apartment.
