I know I've read it just can't seem to find it. Clark is stuck out on the streets of Metropolis I believe in his underwear wandering through a not so good part of town. Lois and he are married. He winds up climbing over fences and eventually winds up at some kind of conveniece store after being out all night and is able to call Lois to come get him. His memory is ok he is just without his powers and I believe robbed.

Knew this one as soon as I read the description. It's one of those fics which stuck in my mind
