Was there a story where Lois and Dan Scardino either get married or have a child together (perhaps both)? I've got this idea that there was one, but for the life of me, I can't find it and I can't recall who the author might have been. Can anyone help?
In "The Way Things Should Have Been," by StopQuitDon't, Lois is pregnant with Dan's child and already has a son by Claude. Is that the one you're thinking of?

Yes! Yes! That's it. Thanks so much. I thought I must be going crazy or that I'd just had a dream where Lois and Dan had gotten married! So good to know I'm not crazy (just a little unbalanced).

Seems I remember someone writing two companion pieces where Lois ended up with Dan but Clark was dead. The companion pieces were two different takes of the same story. Lois had to make a choice to save Clark from shards or kryptonite or save one (or maybe more) of her kids.
