Noel Neill passed away on Sunday. She was the first on-screen Lois Lane, having played the reporter opposite Kirk Alyn in the movie serials. She reprised the role in the 1950's Adventures of Superman series starring George Reeves. In Christopher Reeve's first Superman movie, she played the mother of a very young Lois Lane.

She was 95.

RIP. From all accounts I've heard from fans that met her, she sounded like she was a very nice woman.

Someone who was comfortable in her own skin. Glad to know she had such a full life.
