Hey gang,

I've received a TOS violation for folcvideo.com for the music video content that's on the site.

After much consideration I think that pulling it down is probably the best option since there are sites like YouTube who seem to skirt these types of copyright issues.

I'm downloading the most recent stuff, which is only 9 new files in the last year, and then all the videos will be deleted.

If the creators of their videos need to have a copy of their videos they can email me and we can make arrangements to get the file to them.

That is a real shame, it was a great site, thanks for all your work.

I had a problem with some of my videos in youtube. Some of them were shut down because of the copyright problem. Maybe it's because of the way I named them, it got easier for the Youtube people to figure out that there was copyrighted content on them. I dunno.
