Is there any simple way to download a series as a single epub file? Or could this option be added to the epub pages? I'm thinking of things like Nan Smith's Dagger series which has a LOT of short stories as well as some fairly long ones; epub readers will typically sort them by title, which unfortunately has little relationship to the correct reading order.
