Microsoft Office 2003 help!! - 02/24/10 12:19 PM
I am having a really annoying problem with Microsoft Office 2003. I just recently reformatted my C partition because it was acting wonky and re-installed Windows, Office, etc. I didn't have any problem until I installed an update to MS Outlook that was supposed to let me download my Hotmail account to Outlook. That works just fine, but now I can't access my email account information. I keep getting an error message that says I have tried re-installing, I tried uninstalling and re-installing. I downloaded and installed the MS Office 2003 Resource kit and used their wizard to try and remove everything. The only thing I haven't done is reformat my C partition again and start from scratch again. I'd rather not do that again, kwim? Does anyone have any advice on something to try short of that? Please??

It worked! Now I just have to set my email accounts up again, lol!
