I just updated Windows Vista and once I did I wanted to see what was updated and looked into my Window updates and was shocked to found one new update that needed installed but hadn't install with the others. But the more I looked at it just don't know if I need to or not Window said it's important but I'm not sure does anyone know anything about

You need them, a lot of programs link to them. There are two possibilities; one is that it will install when you shut the computer down, the other is that Windows Update has downloaded it in error, and it is already installed. I've known that to happen a few times.

I'm gonna go check that out right now thank you for answering my question.
