What's everyone up to these days? - 04/16/15 10:32 AM
Me?
Oh just two days away from my due date and both wishing she was here and wary of her coming. War'N Peace is excited and really ready to meet his baby sister while my Little Wise Lion is just freaked out by everything (last night he fell asleep at the normal time but then refused to sleep afterwards...we finally had to just let him fuss it out). I had a close call on the contractions yesterday morning, prompting a visit to the hospital to see if it was really time (given my first started having contractions ON his due date that both sent me to the hospital for a check and the second was two days before, can you blame me?). Unfortunately the contractions slowed and I wasn't far enough along to let the baby out. They actually gave me the option to walk around the floor with the idea that I might move it along (given the day before I had gone to a mom's workout group that did a stroller walk around a nice-sized lake it's no surprise my body tried to decide it was time). They've faded out since so we'll see when she comes!
