Hello Saori, and welcome! I'm fairly new to this MB myself -- I only discovered it a few months ago. Everyone here has been very friendly. I hope you like it here as much as I do.

How did you first start watching LnC?

Is the show subtitled in Japan, or dubbed, or do you just watch it in the original English? (Your written English is quite good.)

cheers,
Lynn

Hi Saori! Welcome! Any relation to Dean Cain? Hee wink Probably don't hear that too often.

EDIT: I'm sure everyone knows this but just in case anyone was confused by my post: Dean George Tanaka

@Kathryn84: Thank you very much. laugh

@Lynn S. M.: I can see how friendly you guys are. Thank you for taking the time to reply laugh

I first started watching Lois & Clark when I was in high school in Switzerland. it was dubbed in French. smile Nowadays I watch and re-watch the episodes in original English, on original DVD smile I honestly don't know how it was aired around here at the time. Probably dubbed. smile

@stephnachia: thanks! uh, no, I'm not related to Dean Cain, I believe. XD I would so be going to jigoku (the h-word) if I was, especially before. lol. I am distantly related to the geisha Mineko Iwasaki though. smile

@TOC: thank you! smile

Hey Saori,

Lots of people have said it already, but... this is *so* the place you want to be. laugh Have you discovered fanfic, yet? If not, check out www.lcfanfic.com and clear your schedule for, oh, a couple of weeks, at least...

@ChiefPam: I love being here! And Oh gods yes! I've discovered fanfic! I actually got around to FINALLY buying the DVD set after 14 years because I wanted to watch it all again after reading a particularly good one!

I first saw LnC fan fiction on another archive but their number of fics was so small though, so naturally I had to hunt down MORE! Then I stumbled into www.LCfanfic.com and I LOVED it! I actually submitted one of my own and I'm working on one right now which will be set here in my country, and I will be in it, along with my cousin Shin. laugh Nothing like a little self-insertion to maximize a high, yeah?
