.... what a terrible day. I was out in the morning, got the news, and came home... spent the rest of the day on the L&C message boards and IRC channel... I was too upset to watch the news coverage directly, which I've always kind of regretted. But I still can't even think about it without crying.

Yeah, it's still pretty upsetting, and even then I can't imagine what it must have been like. I wasn't in the country at the time, and I swear every year there's a special on tv that tells me something I didn't know...
