Lipstick on a Pig in a blanket(hot dogs with ketchup)

or

Pork barrel tenderloin

There's a lot you can do for desserts. Blueberry, strawberries and whipped cream are often used for patriotic desserts. There are donkey cookie cutters in many Christmas sets and elephant cookie cutters in circus sets. You can use red and blue Jell-o with whipped cream or Knox. You can also mold rice krispie treats into election themed stuff, like make a map of your state--assuming you don't live in a rectangular state like Colorado or a difficult state like Michigan.
