I'm not entirely sure this is the right place for this, but here I go.

Any of you who read Sue's amazing Faustian Bargain (at least the nFic version) can appreciate a good Ork!

One of my many crazy conversations with Lara lead to the idea of making ork t-shirts. So I hurried on over to CafePress to do that. Now as far as I know, Sue, Lara, and myself all have one. Yet another crazy conversation led to this "Ork!"ing Around the Wold Idea. If you have some extra money/time, you can run over to CafePress and get one, too. Take pictures of you around your hometown/state/country/whatever, and post them here.

Ha! I laughed so hard I almost coughed up a lung when Lara gave me the "Ork!" t-shirt. And then I hiked through Bryce Canyon National Park wearing it. People from all over the world looked at me like I was an illiterate Lord of the Rings fan.

Can you imagine having to explain to someone what that meant? God, I'd die!

No, on second thought, I'd just lie.

If anyone had asked, I was going to tell them it was a popular local band from Weehauken, New Jersey.

Joane (our receptionist) was trying to get me to look pretty for the picture. *lol* Behind me is my buddy Batman and next to me is Daniel, our build-master, probably wondering just how insane I really am. *giggles*

And yes, I did explain - to some people - what ORK means. And they thought it was absolutely hilarious!

Ok, I can't believe I'm actually considering buying one of these. It's definitely time to go back to work.

Seriously, being on holiday is a very bad thing!
